Step 7 - Landing Page Codes
Generate the inbound and outbound code for your landing page, and choose the outbound method that fits your page.
Step 7 produces the code that links your landing page to Prosper202 ClickServer. If you added a landing page in Step 4, this step is required. If you direct link, skip it.
Generate the codes
Pick Simple LP or Advanced LP to match what you set up in Step 4, complete the dropdowns, and click Get Landing Page Codes.
Inbound code
This JavaScript runs when a visitor arrives on the page. Paste it unchanged between the page's <head> and </head> tags. On WordPress, use the WordPress Support guide instead.
Outbound code
Visitors must leave your page for the offer through one of the generated methods:
- Direct PHP link: swap the offer link on your page for the generated one. Quickest to set up, but the URL is long and messy.
- Redirect file: paste the code into a new
.phpfile, such asoffer.php, upload it to your site and use it as the offer link. Tidier, and probably the most used option. - Redirect after other scripts: for pages that must load other scripts first, such as retargeting or conversion pixels. Most setups don't need it.
Advanced LP
Inbound and outbound code work the same way. The difference is one outbound code per offer. Use the campaign option to add each offer, or the rotator option to send traffic through a redirector rule you built in Step 6.
Dynamic content
Step 7 also lists dynamic content you can drop into the page to make it more targeted.
